What is a healthy relationship?

A relationship is healthy when we can say what we like, what we do not like, what we want, what we do not want. You have to be able to set your limits, and your partner must respect them.
A couple can define together what is healthy for them. If something bothers you, you must be able to say it and be heard.
When only one member of the couple can give their opinion, decide on activities, friends to see, how the other should behave, talk or dress, then the relationship is no longer healthy.
If you ask yourself questions about your partner’s behavior and you feel locked up in your relationship, this is surely a sign of imbalance.
